It's a known fact Test Track has recently closed for a 'reimagining.' Recently, Disney released a few key pieces of concept art for the new design. Does the 'Tron-ish' look get you excited or leave you yawning?
What's a Gumball Rally? Well, it's the biggest, best and the most exciting Disney fan event in the known universe that anyone can play and win. The Rally is a race to find out who can ride the most attractions at Disneyland in a single day. Sounds great, right? Well, it is even more fun than you can imagine.
Yes, it is harder than it sounds. Yes, it will challenge you physically. But, it's one event that folks of any age can compete in and have a great time in the process. Whether you win or lose, you are always a winner when the race takes place on your favorite rides at your favorite place on earth.

Candy Palace, Gibson Girl, Penny Arcade re-open May 2
Today marks the opening of the refurbished Penny Arcade, Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor, and Candy Palace in the Northwest portion of Main Street USA. However there is concern that the Penny Arcade has been downsized even further. Check back here for the latest news on this portion of the makeover of Main Street USA.

5/1: Turtle Trek 4-D Opens at SeaWorld Orlando, Universal’s Minions, Fantasyland
Turtles, turtles everywhere! This week, Orlando Parkhopper was in attendance at the grand opening of SeaWorld Orlando's brand new Turtle Trek 4-D. We have a full review of this amazing new attraction along with interviews from the attraction creators. Next up, we check in on Universal Studios Orlando as they continue to put the finishing touches on Despicable Me: Minion Madness. We find Disney World still working on their Fantasyland expansion. 4/30: Pizza Planet Crew Reach PIXAR Destination Follow your dreams. That's what we've learned from a group of young folks we met at the D23 Expo last year. They spoke to us at the MiceChat booth and told us all about their plan to build a Pizza Planet truck from Toy Story and drive it up to Pixar. They hoped to record everything that happened along the way, including the moment of truth. Once they reached the gates of Pixar, what would happen next? Would they be welcomed in? 4/30:Carnations, Bobsleds and Starbucks Disney fans gathered to mark the end of an era this weekend as the final swing dancing performances took place at the iconic Carnation Plaza Gardens at the edge of Disneyland's Central Plaza. 4/27: News from Disneyland, DCA, Knott’s, Magic Mountain, and SeaWorld There is a ton of news and information from the Southern California Parks this week. Disney California Adventure's Cars Land is nearly ready to go and the Matterhorn should begin vehicle testing soon in Disneyland. We also have news that Magic Mountain's Drop of Doom is progressing nicely and SeaWorld's Manta coaster has begun testing as well. And don't forget Knott's, with their epic turnaround of a lovely park. All this plus your last chance to get tickets to the MiceChat Gumball Rally.
4/27: The Spectacular Evolution of the Tomorrowland Station Werner Weiss rolls into Yesterland with the evolution of the Tomorrowland Station From E-Ticket attraction to leisurely transportation system of today the station went through many changes. You could get off of the train at any time during your journey around the park. But if you wanted to get your money's worth, you would at least make a full circle around the Magic Kingdom. This article is full of wonderful pictures and commentary.
4/26:Pressing Matters - From teddy bears to superheroes with a little something nice thrown in for good measure, Sue Kruse has quite an assortment of items to mull over.
4/26: Samland Goes West to Knott’s Berry Farm Sam hops in the saddle and heads West to Knott's Berry Farm, home of ghosts, fried chicken and high in the sky rides. This little park down the road from Disneyland is improving by leaps and bounds. And with big new rides opening at Disneyland Resort and Universal this summer, Knott's might just be your oasis away from the crazy summer crowds. Let's take a ride in the stage coach SAMLAND for a look at the park the other Walt built.
