| It's time for the Weekly MiceChat round up. The
Walt Disney World Gumball Rally was a smashing success (much thanks
to Kevin Yee, SummerinFL, Fishbulb and Dustysage) and the Sip
and Nibble around the World Tour, put together by MiceChatter
Rixter as a way to enjoy the Epcot Food and Wine festival, was
a real trip. But the real fun of the trip came from spending time
with all the amazing teams and MiceChatter's. What a great trip.

Closing All Their Department Stores
No more waiting for Mervyn's to open-open-open. The clothing
and home goods retailer, based in Hayward, CA, will be closing
all remaining 149 stores after holding close out sales in an
effort to pay their creditors. Varying degrees of contempt for
the merchandise on offer in their stores can be seen in the
thread started by Wendygirl. But no matter
your opinion of the wares, I can think we can all agree that
the loss of 18,000 jobs is very sad.
