The MiceChat Round-Up is the place to go for the latest in Disney and other theme park news and discussion. Trip reports, proposals and the Hatbox Ghost are the stuff that we look at this week. Yes we visit Disneyland here on the West coast, but we also travel to the Bahamas on the Disney Dream. We even get some info from King Eric on Christmas at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and SeaWorldOrlando. And don't forget to check out the latest from the cHATBOX ghost on MiceTube. ~ CakvalaSC

As many of you know, I run a column every year on the Main Street Christmas music loop at Disneyland. It's rare to get anything new on this subject, but thanks to a kind head's-up from a reader I was able to order and yesterday got a re-release of one of the main discs used in this loop, the David Rose Christmas Album. Reissued by a boutique label on license from Capitol Records it's the entire 23 min. album on CD.
I wish I could tell you it had breathtaking sonics, but it sounds like they may have used LP masters instead of going back to the multitracks. Nevertheless it's great to see this title back in print, and it still beats many of the unauthorized MP3s available online before. I'll do a further update in the next few days on the rest the loop tracks and their availability. Enjoy your Thanksgiving, and see you at Disneyland!

Kevin's round-up of Osborne Christmas lights, Epcot, Shrek the Halls and another new book!
11/22: Buzz Off, Harry Potter Queue Blues, SEAsational It's certainly Christmas time in Oralndo, where literally millions of twinkling lights illuminate area theme parks. This week we finally see what Universal Orlando and Sea World have in store for the holidays. There is a lot of shimmer and shine for us to share. But don't you worry, we start off at the Magic Kingdom for an update on Fantasyland's expansion, the sad state of Buzz Lightyear, and a look at what's new in Downtown Disney. What's more, we stop by the amusement park convention for a look around the show floor. Are you all set in that one-horse open sleigh? Then let's jingle!
11/21: Celebrating 4 years! Plus: Holiday festivities and construction updates Dateline Disneyland is celebrating its fourth anniversary with an update packed with holiday fun and construction news! With the holiday season in full swing and the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend upon us, the parks are set to be packed to the gills. We've got a look at more of this year's holiday offerings including the new World of Color holiday pre-show and the seasonal version of "The Magic, the Memories and You!" projection show at "it's a small world." Of course, there's always some sort of construction progress to report on, and this week we see progress at the upcoming Luigi's Flying Tires attraction in Disney California Adventure's major Cars Land expansion. Over at the Disneyland Hotel, the newly remodeled E-Ticket Pool is now open and progress continues at the Fantasy Tower's lobby remodel.

Then we see some great photos from the Disney side of Orlando. Next up are some fantastic photos of the Christmas decorations at Tokyo Disneyland. That's followed by some vintage post cards from Ken Eslick at DisneylandPostcards.net. These cards feature the perennially popular Disney characters. As if that weren't enough, we explore Hong Kong Disneyland's brand new Toy Story Playland . Finally, RegionsBeyond has contributed one dozen beautiful images from the original Disneyland - each one a work of art! Enjoy our mega-update and have a magical weekend!

This is an update you won't want to miss and you'll certainly want to share with your friends.
11/18: Play Golf At The Disneyland Hotel Did you know that there was once a time when you could play golf at the Disneyland Hotel? Well, there was. 11/16: Guide To Universal Studios Hollywood – Part Three For the last two weeks, we've been taking a look at Universal Studios Hollywood. This week, we'll wrap up the series by heading down to the attractions on the Lower Lot as well as the world famous Studio Tram Tour. There are dozens of wonderful theme parks in the world, even other Universal Studios parks, but none compare to this real life working movie studio for immersing you in Hollywood magic.
11/16: Discovering Club 33 This week's From the Mouth of the Mouse interviewee, Mike, worked at the most exclusive restaurant in Disneyland...Club 33!
